Helix Hub records standard server logs and optional newsletter addresses submitted through forms on helixhub.edu.pl. No user accounts or tracking pixels are used beyond essential analytics.

The site sets only first-party cookies required for basic navigation and language preference. These cookies expire after thirty days and contain no personal identifiers.

Visitors may request deletion of any stored email address by writing to privacy@helixhub.edu.pl. Requests are processed within thirty days in accordance with Polish and EU data rules.
